This session is designed to help early childhood professionals learn more about how adults learn. Participants will explore the fundamentals of adult learning and identify ways to increase the impact of their own professional development and learning. The group will learn about creating conditions that support the development of communities of adult learners within early childhood programs.

• Educators in the Central and South Pima communities welcome!
• Bring your lunch. Drinks & snacks will be provided.
• Travel stipends for rural providers.
